Rhona has been Chief Executive Officer of Indesser since 1 July 2019. As CEO, Rhona is responsible for leading and managing the Indesser business, and driving the organisational strategy to meet the needs of all stakeholders. Working closely with clients, suppliers, shareholders and other partners, Rhona is focused on using advanced data and analytics to recover money owed to the government efficiently, responsibly and fairly. Under Rhona’s leadership, the number of public sector organisations using Indesser’s services has more than doubled, and the amount recovered for Government has exceeded £2 billion. As well as being Indesser’s CEO, Rhona sits on the Board of Directors.
Rhona brings a mix of public and private sector experience to Indesser. She started her career in the civil service in 2003, working in a variety of strategy and policy positions at the Radiocommunications Agency and Ofcom. Rhona subsequently held senior roles at the BBC, ITV, Royal Mail Group and Equifax, developing proven strategic and leadership skills in technology-led global organisations.
Rhona has a degree in Law and Politics, and a Masters degree in Competition Economics. She is a Policy Fellow at the University of Cambridge Centre for Science and Policy, and a Fellow at the RSA.
